Is this a capacitor issue? I also need to clean some corrosion at the battery slot too. I also noticed a line of blank pixels when the battery was very low, is this something I should pay mind to?

so i'm trying to remove the back cover's battery termimal so i can wash it, but it's not budging at all. is there something i'm missing in removing it or is it just stuck in there with some corrosion/gunk?
