ISO modder near Annapolis, MD to help salvage Funny Playing CPU/RAM swap

I used a hot air rework station to pull the chips off the OEM GBA board after using solder wick (two separate attempts). Now the CPU has a few legs that aren't lining up properly and when I tinned the pads on the Funny Playing motherboard some of the traces started to come off. I don't have a microscope or the skill to solder with one to fix it.
