Hi, I've fixed plenty of vertical line issues on DMGs but this one is best described as vertical streaking. Not missing lines. See the pictures. I'm at a loss at what might be causing it.
Things I've tried:
Thoroughly cleaned the contrast knob.
Replaced all electrolytic caps on the LCD board.
Swapped the main board with a known working.
Took a soldering iron to the ribbon cable.
These all had no effect.
Ideas?

-19.5 with the contrast maxed. -20 with it half way.
