Need some Modding Services and some potential mother board repair

The zoomed in picture of the motherboard has some components missing from a bad shell removal and the second motherboard has worked in the past but it may have a bad power switch issue cause now it won’t connect/turn on. I have the IPS screen v2 mod kit and the hdmi mod that I’d like to have added to my sp, I have attempted to add it myself but it hasn’t worked so that why I’m asking here. I have put a led lights on my buttons for my sp as shown in my second motherboard. These are the two mods I have specifically and I am waiting on my new shell to come in, I can send everything in once I get my new shell. I understand this may be a tall order to fulfill. I am in the United States if that helps as well.

Just an fyi I tested my other motherboard with the missing components with my sp charger and the orange light does come on for a second and then turns off.
