#Lines on FP IPS SP screen

I put together this SP the other week and it worked perfectly. A few days ago, it fell about 1ft and a couple vertical lines appeared on the side of the screen. I assumed the ribbon cable came loose, so I've taken it apart and reseated both sides of the cable a few times, and I still see lines.

At first, there were two lines that went halfway down the screen. When I reseated the cable, the lines went all the way to the bottom. Now the line spans most of the screen except the very top. I assume I'm just doing something wrong, but at this point I don't know what, especially since the lines keep changing a bit.

I have another SP with an IPS screen that I can take apart to use as a tester if necessary.

RIP your display. This is most likely damage from the fall and not something you can repair.

Welp. Do you think the ribbon cable is fine? That's more expensive to replace than the screen itself.

The ribbon cable is more than likely fine so unless you pinched it or something weird happened when you reseated it that should be all good.
