Any tips on what might be wrong with this? Looked like it had some corrosion on the back of the first set of images. So I cleaned it with some 91% isopropyl I'm not sure if it helped any.

I can physically see anything wrong with it with my eyes

Added both the games I have

The second cart I didn't attempt anything yet

Couldn't edit it, but. I can't physically see anything wrong with the first cart with my untrained eyes

Can you define what is wrong?

The fourth image, it looks like the pins as either dirty or pitted. Clean them with some IPA and elbow grease.

Okay. Do you have just one gameboy to test in? Does the Nintendo logo show up at all when the cartridge is inserted, or is it garbled/blacked out?

I'd hold off on any kind of soldering on the cartridges, especially if you haven't beeped out continuities yet. The first one doesn't have any suspicious looking trace/pin damage
