I need help or guidance on what to do, as I'm not the best on these things. Its a dmg styled one and has no power led. There is basically no sign of life in this thing that I can see, but that's all the info I have.

Well, I haven't been in here before. but there is a wire next to the switch that looks rather odd, could that be our culprit?

so i used the multimeter on my fuse and it seems gone

Yup they are available. Depending on where you are located, can get one from RGRS, retromodding, or AliE, iirc.

I checked literally almost everything else and the fuse was the only one not working, and it looked busted up close

ok so basically i just soldered a wire there... any negative concequences that might come from this?
