They are more or less designed to not be removable so you might have some luck with it. But if its too tight you should have it replaced

yeah, but the one used this year is the design you can twist the strands into a more solid cylinder to reduce the diameter and then pull the ring outwards without the locking teeth inside it catching hold of the strands

Hello I attended the event with a OWCS Final Friday single-day ticket, which, according to the event details, should include the in-person attendee rewards.

However, when I checked in at the venue, the staff only provided me with a bracelet, and I did not receive a badge.
My understanding is that the badge is required for receiving or activating the in-game reward codes. Because I was not given a badge, I have not received any reward codes or related emails. Does anyone know who I can contact for help thank you

That is not what was communicated to you. What we said (admin team) is that Dreamhacks prize money partner would reach out through email within a few days (which is what we were told at the time). If they have delayed sending that email I suggest contacting Dreamhack Support through official channels (eg. email)
