As far as I know you submit the application for Creator. Someone reviews it, then you are contacted by email whether or not you are accepted. There is no actual one on one connection with anyone. Possibly only once accepted I would think.

Unfortunately, my visa application to Sweden was refused because the officer misunderstood my itinerary: I wrote “Comic Con” to describe the event, but they said DreamHack and Comic Con are completely different things.

I’m now appealing the decision, and I was wondering if it might be possible for someone from the DreamHack team to kindly provide a short official statement or letter confirming that DreamHack Stockholm 2025 (held Nov 28–30 at Stockholmsmässan) is a large-scale pop-culture festival, that is very similar in nature to a Comic Con, featuring gaming, cosplay, artist alley, etc.

I totally understand if it’s not something usually done, but even a brief confirmation would help me a lot in clarifying the misunderstanding. I promise this is only for visa clarification purposes.

If needed, I can absolutely send a formal request email including my personal details such as passport number, please just let me know the best way to do that! Thanks in advance😢 🙏

So the tixr ticket technically IS no re-entry since you'd be given a wrist band or badge which then becomes your entry. The reason it shows it is because when we scan the ticket, it can't be scanned again as we then provide you the badge

You'll redeem add-ons etc on-site. And merch for OWCS for example, you'd pick up at the OWCS merch booth near entrance

Those are 1 and done. Once scanned, they're given to you and the original ticket is 'void' so to speak

If I may say so as an attendee, the arm bands are tight. Once you put an arm band on, you need to cut it off to remove it. Therefore, I dont easily lose it (which I like) 👍

many koreans are baffled & upset too about this. Most are disappointed it's not 100% known what row they will be sitting behind VIP. Some have VIP but their friends don't and are bummed about the potential of not sitting together (as some Korean fans bought tickets later when it was at least 80% sure their teams would be at the finals)

It’s pretty strict - i had to empty out the water from my bottle but there’s water dispensers inside.
You could probably get away with something small like candy (i got through with a can of mints) but fruit and snacks most likely wouldn’t make it

Sleeping in a chair would not be comfortable, one reason being that you are not allowed to block the aisle by reclining the backrest

Okay it means registration is OPEN from that time, but you cant enter. The enter day/lan opening hours are there. Registration is just for when registration is open - make sense?

There are not different entrance times for different waves, it just means you got the tickets in wave 2. It's 9 am for all LAN people
