A few questions:

1. When does the early bird benefits end/go off sale and it just becomes normal ticket prices?
2. Do we know what group pricing for DH will be? Can you buy as a group of more than 4 people, and can you also group order the 3 days of OWCS or does everyone in the group have to purchase separately
3. What exactly is in the meet and greet, are you meeting content creators or someone else?

1. You'll know normally 3ish weeks before so you'll have time to buy.
2. For 3-day group tickets it scales from 2-8 people and the discount increases with each person added. The OWCS can be group bought but is a flat rate. No discounts applied
3. The OWCS meet and greet is normally the players but can be talent, voice actors, etc

I think there's an economic factor as well, most people like for their plans to be ensured and "safe" and so would buy the add on now rather than later, so that they don't have to worry about it. It's not that much money but it stacks up fairly quickly.

But technically you can select any seat you'd like, but there are sections for each. So depending on the area, depends on the selection

Yes it’s an area with 2000 PCs. There are no spectators. It depends on what you’re after. If you want them in the BYOC area while the players are at their PCs you need to buy the BYOC tickets. But if you just want them around you can buy festival tickets for staff which will get them access to everything except the BYOC area

"Yes, Stockholmsmässan does have access to a cloak room. The fee is 40 SEK for a jacket and 40 SEK for a bag. Payment is made by card. This is after security. The bag ban is still in place, so for 1-day and 3-day visitors you cannot bring your bag with you."

I went to DH last year and it was amazing and this year I plan to attend in cosplay. I saw on the DH website that I have to sign up for a special ticket to get access to the cosplay lounge so I can get changed but I've already bought a regular ticket. I also know that there's a bag ban but I suppose there would be an exception for cosplayers bringing their stuff to keep in the changing rooms?

Do we know why the VIP pass-holder are allowed in the regular seating area for OWCS? This is highly unfair for the regular pass-holders. VIP pass-holders have their own seating area, and we as regular pass-holders won't be allowed in there but they are allowed to be in our seats? Do we know if there will be actively checked on this when entering the seating area?? To keep it fair for everyone. What would be the point of VIP seats if the VIP aren't going to sit there after all?

I can only assume is so they can sit with their friends in regular seating, so it's a subset of an already smaller pool. I don't see why it's a big issue though as it won't be that the small amount of vip ticket holders will be accounted for in seating attendance.

Last year they somehow took up all spots on the first row for all 3 days.. why get VIP tickets if you're not going to sit in the VIP area? I've already bought the 3 day pass and when I checked in app it offered me to "upgrade my ticket"

Then it shows a dropdown and lists "LAN wave 4" and "dreamhack knockout"

I tried reading what it means on the website but I'm not super sure I understand

what are the benefits of the wave 4 lan ticket and the dreamhack knockout ticket?

Upgrading to a LAN ticket would be if you want to participate in the BYOC (Bring your own computer/console) area for the weekend. The Knockout one is similar, but if you also wanted to participate in the Counter Strike 2 tournament part of that.

The LANs also start roughly 30 mins AFTER the first match start time. (at least whilst watching them on the livestream, due to analysis/commentary first)

TL/DR, from last years experience and from what i can gather from the weekly streams, just be in queue before 11:45 ish and you will be inside by the time they start

Most pendeltåg (commuter trains) lines go through Älvsjö, so anything close to the pendeltåg should work

The train stop is Älvsjö Station, you can use sl.se and use Älvsjö Station as to-destination, most stations are visible on Google Maps

Älvsjö is also only 3 stops away from Stockholm City, so you could technically book a hotel in the city and take the train from there

Most people will go in from the main entrance (closest to train station), the LAN/BYOC on the opposite side of the building. As Woiot wrote, it's likely the same this year. We'll find out soon though
