One of the reasons it's living 'alone' right now, is this window comes with some special perks that won't happen in next wave. The exclusive backstage tour is only available now as a limit. I'd say within 2-3 weeks the website will showcase all the ticket types available for the next wave basically and you'll see costings, and how they breakdown etc.

Ultimate wouldn't be able to sit with regular due to the table dimensions being slightly different. We couldn't fit that table between the others 😅 however, if you really are fine with a smaller table I could see if there is a workaround for the other area somehow

That's a little difficult to answer, since DreamHack Stockholm is an entirely new event and in a new venue. Also, we have no announcements on any vendors or activities yet. We will know more after the summer!

Can't help but being a little in doubt about the information on some of the 20+ lan tickes.

Is it intended for the 20+ Lan ticket. to have:

  • Bigger table size,
  • Faster internet,
  • Alcohol access,
    for only 500sek. (and this ticket is not limited)

it just feels of in comparions to ultimate, and ultimate 20+
Here you only get access to alcohol, but also cost 500Sek more than standard ultimate

(not to mention that 20+ -> ultimate ticket will now cost 1600SEK more for only hoodie, badge, pin and fast track)
Sorry for the longer message hope it makes sence.

Me and my friends just basicly don't see the value in a ultimate ticket compared to a regular 20+

There will be separate lines for day visitors and BYOC, but then a faster line for the LAN track. The final things will be ironed out for this, but thats the general concensus

Once you have your wristband/badge, you'd still need to go through security if you re-enter the building, but since you have your wristband/badge you'll be able to enter a different line and stroll through

I contacted support by email to ask for help with my early bird ultimate tickets. I have asked here before about upgrading them to 20+. Support claimed I should refund my tickets and purchase new ultimate 20+ tickets. However I get a feeling that the support is driven by an AI. The answer I get only adresses parts of my questions and leaves out a lot. Therefore I must ask again here... How do I go about upgrading the early bird tickets to 20+ without losing the perks from the early bird tickets like I most likely would if I refunded them and purchased new tickets today?

Will be on the website, when its available, but if your really wanting to go, I would suggust getting is as an addon after your tickets, as I dont think the date has been announced when the addons will be available. and normal ticket prices can go up by then 🙂

I already contacted the email and they only confirmed that there are rewards and that the specific rewards have not been announced yet, and the rest of these they couldn't answer, but hopefully someone here can?

  • Are these rewards exclusive to addon or will they be available elsewise (in-game shop etc.)?
  • Do we need to attend in person or can we purchase just digitally for the rewards?
  • Does Diamond have more rewards than Plat/Does the tier/type of addon we get matter?

Edit: Guess it's more of a case of it's always been that way, but the ticketing is now clear as add-on related areas haven't ever been for everyone, hence the add-on. Such as the exclusive guaranteed OWCS seating isn't available unless you buy for instance.

Noone realöy know what to expect since its first time in sthlm, my thoughts is like this:
As a thirteen i think it might be overwhelming to go solo there. But if you are the Kind of person that have easy to interact with other people i guess you will find some friends pretty fast if u look around and playing some of the "biggest" games that most people might play.
The dreamhack atmosphare is in my point of view really fun and welcoming. And people over al ages are there for the same reason, and this might make it possible for you aswell to find friends and have a really nice time. But if the plan is to go 100% solo, im not sure I would have choose it if u have the possible to use the money for smth else you also want to do/get. 🙂
However, what Kind of games do u usually play? 🙂

would you be going completely alone? i don’t know how safe stockholm is since i’ll be going there for the first time ever, but i’ve never gone to events alone when i was so young. please look after your safety first. heartLightPink i know i might sound like a nagging nancy, but bad people are everywhere and you’re still a small baby. make sure you feel comfortable, and if not, try and see if you can get at least a friend who might be willing to go with you.

lastly, if it’s safe and sound for you to go on your own, it all depends on how social you are currently. if you’re not very, then it might be a little difficult for you and maybe not an event to go to for now since you might end up feeling alone and like you wasted your money. but if you are social or if you’re willing to come out of your comfort zone to give it a try, then it could really be a great memory to make. peepositHeart i’m sure you could meet so many new people to chat and game with and share interests with.

i just realised i said what everyone else said but. ppL i don’t think it would hurt asking your friends individually if they can attend. i’ve done that, and now some are getting tickets to come with. so sometimes it’s worth a shot to do that as well.

Hi, I am planning on going to Dreamhack Stockholm this year and have already booked a LAN ticket. I also saw that Overwatch Championships were occurring at the event and so thought it would be interesting to go and watch that. As such, I have 2 questions which I would really appreciate someone clarifying. Firstly, can you watch the OWCS without buying the add on, you just aren’t guaranteed seating, or do you have to buy the add on if you want any chance of watching.

Secondly, if I were to buy the add on I’d prefer to only buy it for 1 day rather than the full 3 day one as I’m planning on going with a friend who isn’t interested in it, and so I’d only realistically be watching it on one day anyways. I saw that you can purchase an add on after the fact, but it only lets me purchase a 3 day one. Is it possible to buy a 1 day add on for a LAN ticket or are you forced to get the 3 day one?

Since this is the first time it's in Stockholm, I don't think anyone actually have a good answer on number 1, but in Jönköping this summer they had a Dreamhack merch store at the entrance and I'd assume it's the same at this venue. If you refer to the exclusive hoodie that the Ultimate BYOC holders receive - I can't tell but the name exclusive probably says enough.

For number 2 - When you say Platinum, do you mean the Ultimate BYOC ticket? I had the Premium ticket this summer and I had a voucher I received upon entry which I later used to receive my Dreamhack collectibles. I'd assume it's the same in this case.

Im not staff. but looking at the tickets i assume you'd have access to meet and greet as Ultimate tickets give you access to the fast track.

Lan area should have nothing to see, least how its been the last years its just where ppl play on there pc. so should only be relevent if you wanna to play games while there
