Just realised — forgot to add mirrors 😕
where are the actual controls for the engine situated? i’m working on a cabover truck with similar design concept to this but stuck on where to put the controls
he controls are located on the right‑hand side of the engine compartment, just behind the firewall
Can we see the engine block separately?
i’m also glad to see a fellow gauges and switches enjoyer
wish it would be ported to 1.21.1 sometime
oo time‑consuming to disassemble
i have seen im not the only one who uses gauges and switches ported also (i think this is the mod's name for the buttons)
its a very old one mod btw
such a neat mod and there's no real alternative on 1.21.1 sadly :/ The closest I know of is Zero Point Systems or making your own 'buttons' with Immersive Furniture
which can still be super cool but not the same in terms of functionality
schematic
you post a vehicle, and dont use it, and without sending a schematic to the public
What does it matter to you whether I share my vehicle schematics or not? I don’t want to be rude, but I’m not going to post them
Hey @shell gull, how do you make those doors? those are pretty, and I'd like to make some like that too. I'd love to know if you wouldn't mind telling me hehe
how do you make that shapes bro because if you are useing vmod you are realy dont have a life to do all of that and i dont think you are use vmod because how the doors works please tell me how to make cars like this and your builds shocked me its so nice
I think it's a combination of Yuusha's Modelling mod and properly building the truck, I did some stuff like this in the past but not as great as this
thank you very much but also how the doors work and how can you drive thing like this without drive by wire
I tried to search but i didn't find anything its so hard to find because there is no youtube vids or anyone even talking about somethings like that even ia didn't know the yuusha's modelling mod
Nah, you will have to play around and develop your own techniques. Drive by wire was probably used too but mostly it's just something that you'll have to research and do on your own. Lots of people in the VS community have their own ways of doing stuff. Multiship building is pretty popular, basically using multiple ships or sometimes miniships to create more complex vehicles.
Oh
so the doors is custom made
its not a mod
I believe it is a combination of mods, not just one mod. Yuusha modelling might be used to make the aspect of the door but other mods or methods might be used to make it functional (open-close)
For example, I've used scaled-down ships to make bearings for doors in some trucks, using mechanical bearings to open and close them.
It’s not a vmod, it’s mods
