Player stuck and sinkings

My player said "so whenever i get near on spawn on my ship i cant walk around and only float
also when i land my ship near water and try to get on it, it sinks me to the bottom and sometimes makes me float in the in the water unable to do anything"
What can I do if my players at server stuck on respawn in bed/home at Valkyrien Ships? What about sinking?

It might also fix your respawn issue

Great, sadly my server don't want to work with 2.4.10+ only with 2.4.9 and previous versions

Essentials from FTB really sucks at Spawn creating so I choose EssX

But other mods I think I can find
