Ship disappearing while holding gravitron

I just spent hours of building a ship in Survival. then i grabed it with the grav gun, and it completely disappear. I was trying to build a ship since weeks after work, and i finally finished id and it disappeared. No engines where on it couldnt fly away. Did someone experience something like this and knows how to find it again?

you can teleport it to yourself

"/vs teleport @v[] ~ ~ ~" will teleport all ships to you
