- Yes,
- kinda (disable all of connectivity)
- maybe (maybe from setting weight in datapack? Or maybe it’s hardcoded)
- in your world save with other forge server configs
/<minecraft>/saves/<your world>/serverconfig
How do I modify the Explosive and is bouyancy all what connectivity adds?
explosive force is somewhere in the config
connectivity controls air pockets and ship splitting
worldconfig
I don't think so?
uhh
maybe then idk
I remember it being called worldconfig
might be server and im mixing up some stuff then
In servers the changes I want for VS are made in config or server config in the world?
I believe its still in the world file, but is in the server files not singleplayer
So if I want to change a black list for natural blocks in wich world file is that setting?
that needs to be changed using a block tag, its no longer a config
a thing in a datapack
this datapack (ignore the file name) will make eureka have no blacklist
use with caution
i put this datapack simply with the other datapacks of the world? like terralith?
yes
meaby for the version of vs2?
did you make sure to enable the datapack
with the /datapack commmand
what its the command?
/datapack list
then /datapack enable ...
where it will autosuggest something to fill the ...
(don't actually type ...)
i put the name of the file?
are you sure you aren't hitting the assembly limit?
do you have create installed
because you can use a create schematic to copy + paste your entire island onto the already assembled ship
is your valkyrien skies absolutely latest
like connecting with the floor?
2.4.8.1
naj
so there is no way in the last version of vs to make the no blacklist setting?
yes
🤷
it works for me
idk why it doesn't work for you
like with just the datapack?
yeah
How can I set weight with datapack?
like a normal block
Valkyrien Skies has a few built-in datapack systems that can be used to tweak its functionality or provide extra compat.
To start off with, you will need a datapack. The Minecraft wiki has a tutorial on the basics of setting one up here.
Valkyrien Skies currently has 3 datapack features. Being able to modify block properties (mass, friction, etc...
Does it need the friction and elasticity too?
nope
you only need to specify one thing, the rest (if left out) will be set to default
OK
but also
VS released as of 5 minutes ago
should fix air pockets
giving too much bouyancy
yeah I know, but minecraft mods blocks always seemed to floaty on their own for me
