__**It looks like you're trying to download Clockwork!**__

Get Clockwork from Modrinth

Clockwork requires:

  • Valkyrien Skies 2.4+ (lower versions are incompatible!)
  • Kotlin for forge (if on forge)
  • Create 6.0.8 (6.0.6 and lower create is incompatible!)

Clockwork now supports Create 6.0.8+, and is incompatible with VS 2.3

would outputting cool gasses with the nozzle work

That's a very good question though I'm not sure. Should have tried it before posting this. I'll check and come back

does using a piston to open/close the envelope and let the hot air out work?

granite rapids

However it does not provide much control

isnt that how it works irl tho

granite rapids
#

It is how it works irl that's correct.

so the problem is like having it maintain a very specific temperature

We do have gas nozzle peripheral compat with cc now

yea

And I was wondering if it was interesting enough to explore other ideas for cooling balloons

#

Obviously even with CC, using a hatch for cooling is still possible

u could also control it on the gas generation side

#

tho tbh, I think that may be a design choice, since balloons as a method for lift are easier to use compared to propellers but will just have less control
