#Whats the "target temperature tag" in balloon infos ?

I appreciate the UI when I aim at the nozzle but whats the puropse of "target temprature" ?
It seems obvious thats its supposed to be a final temperature reached after the balloon is fully heated but I waited a full hour for a balloon maxxing out at approximately 30percent of said target temperature.
Balloon still flies dont get me wrong, but to make contraptions accurately I need to understand the given datas and outputs.

Any help ?
