I just encountered this error after just updating the VS mod:
java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: 'void org.valkyrienskies.core.api.ships.DragController.setWindDirection(org.joml.Vector3dc)'
I'm using it along with clockworks, Valkyrien Icebreakers, Create: Valkyrien Logistics, Valkyrien Sails and with the newest create Version.

updating from vs from before 2.4 to 2.4+?
check the other vs mods are up to date aswell since vs 2.4+ breaks compat with vs addona of older versions that dont support 2.4
