The block’s base weight needs to be reduced.
It’s too heavy for the new version of Clockwork.
for what block
copycats
i meant what way of thrust are you using
propulsion thruster, clockwork propeller
how big is the plane
because i got a really big plane flying really easily
it was faster than i wanted too
yeah it should work
its too slow
The weight has gone from 20 tons to about 13 tons, but the thrust has decreased by about 1/10, so it is too slow.
so wait
what propellers are you using
how big are the propeller blades and what angle
are you restricting the thruster?
maybe... add more than one?
The default propulsion config was too slow, so I increased it from 0.1 to 0.2, but it's still slow.
is that a trapdoor
what
...so add a second thruster
why
to make it less slow
its copycat half panel
It worked well in versions before melting point
its not the weight thats the issue
its the propulsion thrusters then
though its deltas mod he can make it whatever he wants
why are you saying it's the weight?
because propulsion is perfect it cant have any issues
The weight of the blocks in the create mod has been reduced, but the weight of the blocks in other mods remains the same, so they are very heavy.
they decreased the "unrecognized block" weight to 100kg from 1000kg
which includes copycats
because its from another mod bro
it was 1000kg
That's what I want to say
acting as if mods cant add like obsidian stuff
so they have to be a good balance of semi light weight but that could also be semi heavy
which imo they are
It seems like you don't understand what I'm saying at all.
there is a copycat datapack you can install.
that makes them 10kg
what's your ship's mass?
.
holy blade angle 🥀
50 degrees
Do you not understand what I mean by the weight-to-thrust ratio not matching?
so i only just discovered this, but the closer to 90 degrees it is, the faster it is, but the more stress it consumes
so try like 80 degrees
You’re not understanding what I’m saying at all.
then what are you saying?
While block weight and thrust have both been reduced to about one-tenth, the default weight remains unchanged. As a result, blocks that use the default weight end up being excessively heavy relative to the available thrust.
The ratio of block weight to thrust is not right at all.
the default weight of blocks that don't have custom weights, right?
yes
it was 1000kg
i know
now it's 100kg
