How to get better help

Explain in detail what your problem is, what you did, etc.
Post the screenshot of your mods folder ordered alphabetically, or a txt list of all mods *with versions
If exists, post crash report. Crash reports are located at <minecraft>/crash-reports (<minecraft> varies depending on your launcher of choice)
Post the latest.log file. latest.log is located in <minecraft>/logs

Exit codes aren’t useful, please do not post an exit code

Ah so this is a weird bug

Basically, it only happens with the official MC launcher

Curseforge app, modrinth app, prism launcher, AT launcher, etc all work

ive just figured out the same issue that was crashing me, it started happening on modrinth too, the reason is the chunk builder settings in the video settings tab in minecraft, if its on fully blocking it crashes on world load, threaded loads just fine and i think semi loaded works just fine as well
