Us car builder usually likes to go high on rpm like 512-1024 after bumping the limit up in the config, there are different challenges from maxing out the speed as in 512rpm -> 192kmh; 1024rpm -> 385 kmh. There isnt really a way to keep the car stable at that speed without fancy aerodynamics tune and whatnot
