Grey camo coming soon
4 mech bearings, my first clockwork plane in 6 months

#

I had to use levers because drive by wire's cable would make it vibrate

#

Side view

#

No internal weapons bay, it was not a priority

split mango
#

you tried and that's what matters 😭

winged merlin
#

it's good enough

split mango
#

😭

wintry sonnet
#

you should put the bearing on the vertical bits inside or mor leveled with the fueseloge

split mango
#

You should fix the wings too

winged merlin
split mango
# split mango

The intakes do not in fact extend to the end of the canopy

wintry sonnet
split mango
#

You just send an image directly proving my point 😭

winged merlin
#

ig

split mango
#

Fym ig 😭

#

not everything is subjective man 😭

wintry sonnet
#

it’s chill

split mango
#

It's also so unbelievably fixable that it would be stupid not to mention this

wintry sonnet
#

It’s close enough

#

I commend the effort

split mango
#

I mean the effort is there i respect the effort

#

But that doesn't mean they aren't allowed to improve it 😭

wintry sonnet
#

@winged merlin if you want you should look at caffeine or life’s builds, I’m not saying copy them but you can learn a lot from them

winged merlin
#

Idk, I looked at their videos, overlayed it in medibang, it lined up in the overlay

wintry sonnet
#

it’s not the fact of lining it up to the pictures 1:1. you will still be off by a lot due to Minecraft and real world ratios being silly, youd have to take that time and improvise

#

Imo tho, take it with a grain of salt

winged merlin
#

It doesn't look bad but yes, it is not the most realistic

#

The intakes are too far ahead, wing connection the wings are not as sharp as they should be but whatever

winged merlin
wintry sonnet
#

it is ur build, no one else's

winged merlin
winged merlin
#

this was also a great learning experience for me, my first time trying mech bearings used like this and angled intakes

#

I might redo this one day

winged jetty
#

Holy chopped

winged merlin
#

I get it, the wing's have to be at a sharper angle and my intakes further back

winged jetty
#

Also why black

winged merlin
winged merlin
winged jetty
#

Even on jets with crazy good shaping

winged merlin
#

I'll do a normal version later if I want to put more effort into this jet or just move on and remake it later

winged jetty
#

It looks more accurate in minecraft

winged merlin
#

is left a bit better than right

#

then I would also have to move intake back a little

winged merlin
#

@split mango is the wing shape better?

#

New is on the left

winged merlin
#

The intakes are still too far forward, as I don't see the reason to move them back aside from realism

winged merlin
winged jetty
# winged merlin

Move the intakes further back and the gap between the elevators and the wings shld be decreased

#

Texturing is good

winged merlin
winged jetty
#

Js decrease the gap between the elevators and the wing

winged merlin
#

I also really want to remove those levers but I can't find a way

winged jetty
winged jetty
winged merlin
#

Alright, thanks for all the feedback you really helped me improve this plane

winged merlin
winged jetty
winged merlin
#

aren't they tilted?

winged jetty
winged merlin
#

this is without the tilt

winged jetty
#

Mech bearings

#

You place two

#

Can tilt both

#

Then use copycat flaps

#

From clockwork aditions

winged merlin
winged merlin
winged jetty
#

Use layers for that

#

Then in the middle

#

Use copycat flaps

#

Like an F-16 single

#

But nobody needs to know

winged merlin
#

what degree should I tilt the stabalizer
