#Corrupted world?

I am having a bug where one of my old and now non existant create contraptions keeps popping back into existence when I make a new Eureka ship. No matter how far I go it will always spawn, no matter how many times I destroy it manually, with commands, through save files, it always comes back. It is like a curse. I will drop a video to better show what is happening. For context I was building a gantry shaft vault door in my world and it bugged out so I destroyed it, now it haunts my every ship. Is my world just screwed?

#

I have also tried updating VS itself but it happens on the new version and the old version.

#

I will mention I have a manually picked mod pack of ~190 mods, however it is the same mods I have been running for nearly 2+ years now. I have not updated them and nothing has changed, this is a new bug that just started happening in a new world I created when I decided to revisit minecraft, I don't believe it is a mod incompatibility as I said I have ran these mods for years and never once had this problem.

Did you have, or do you have, Create Interactive

I will try without interactive and see if that solves the problem though

still happens after removing the mod

its about what it does when its installed

#

in this case, if that create contraption was interactive and repeatedly assembled and disassembled, it was filling up the shipyard slots with more and more copies of that contraption

#

and then if something happens, like the vs-ship-data.dat being deleted, VS loses track of what slots its given out

#

and so it starts reusing those (probably thousands of) plots that had your contraption in

...yeah itll do that

#

if you assemble enough ships to get to the new plots it could potentially fix it

#

but I don't know how many plots are filled

#

you can also delete the shipyard region files

#

they will be noticeably larger numbers compared to the normal region files
