tank tussle vs2 is made from the latest github vs2 but they somehow turned off ship splitting

They are not building Vs from the same branch

they do something similar than what we did with the latest VS releases, basically they take fixes and apply them to the "old" VS

instead of building VS from the main branch

beta.7 is basically the same as TT (with a few extra fixes)

but that have all been backported to the 2.3.0 api
