That does not say much, there isn't any log and the spark profile does not show a y data on what was slowing down yhe server

Also it says that minecraft used only 2.4 Gb of ram, which is not normal
Maybe its how spark displays it, but itblooks like a misconfiguration

Well my current host only allowed limited configuration of the KVM arguments but RAM usage never exceeds the available limit. There are 10G of RAM on the server.

Spark profile indeed doesn't reveal the issue, if it did I wouldn't have asked here 🙃

2.4G memory is too low to host modded server, you need increase that

otherwise GC will keep hangup the server and try to get more memory space forever.
