Cant join my world anymore

Anytime I launch my world i get this error and it crashes "The game crashed: exception in server tick loop

did you remove any mods?

I only updated mods and added 1 (vs addition)

im assuming that may be part of the error

if i have to ill just remove it and schematic over all the important stuff
