We chose Valkyrien Skies 1 (VS1) because Minecraft 1.12.2 allowed us to create a world of hundreds of islands, each with unique biomes. With many mods enhancing landscapes, the world is designed for exploration.

VS1 provides just enough airship mechanics to navigate this vast domain, keeping travel immersive but accessible. The focus isn’t on complex ships—it’s on discovering what lies beyond the horizon.

very unique concept, but in my honest opinion, the modlist is kind of.... small for a 1.12 pack. especially with how many unique and great mods there are

i know its hard to find things in the middle of the list, but if you REALLY do some digging, you'll find some incredible stuff

The modpack doesn’t have tons of mods, but every mod matters. Instead of stuffing in extras, we focused on speed & smooth travel. That’s why the server needs 6GB RAM, not just 4GB.

We built Fast Flyby Chunk Generation to make chunk loading fast AF for airships. Islands load instantly, even at high speeds, so U never lag or stutter.

I'll keep this server running publicly as long as possible, it is still technically under construction, but the configs are official and all the important bugs have been taken care of by a friend of mine and many beta testers.
