You can teleport a random ship to you and then delete it / disassemble it and keep going til you find your ship, or if you have too many ships you might have to go digging through the vs_ships.dat to find its id

also, when I tried to get just one ship using the "vs get ship" command it said "no ship found"

You can teleport a random ship to you by using /tp @v[limit=1] @s
