A rotation source that can be charged up like a backtank when supplies with rotational force. When the spring is not powered by redstone a 'catch' is engaged and allows the spring to tension but not discharge its force. When it is powered by a redstone source it starts to discharge its force. As it discharges the Su generated from it decreases. If the spring is powered and does not have an output, it will break. There should be 2 sizes of springs: Small and large. Small springs are one block in size and can be picked up and preserve their tension. Large springs provide more less Su and but more RPM over time, but must be charged while pleaced and cannot be moved. Springs can be made of iron, copper, brass, iron, gold and netherite. Copper produces the most RPM over time but the least Su. Netherite produces the least RPM but the most Su over time. Large springs produce 1.5x more Su and provide rotational force for 1.2x longer.
