I have no idea why on earth someone would make a mod for a horizontal boiler just to make it seem unbalanced..... Like Vertical and Horizontals in a real life practice a Vertical is far less effective at raising steam then a Horizontal In a Mod per say i wouldn't see any such Horizontal boiler as a drawback as it's simply dependant on the user you could use a Vertical or a Horizontal how ever you want in your minecraft world
