bruh
are you using the constant joints
to send power to the chassis from the engine ?
I used bluetooth energy tm to actually limits myself on the SU usage
it drains about 50k su out of the 60 produced
also random grand canyon map downloaded online, couldn't make it myself I'm not that good
do the ender transmission blocks really use that much stress ?
anyways cool stuff, I should start using miniships for engines it really helps miniaturizing stuff
yea it said 90 something percent of the 60k
0.5 size it goated
looks and feels right
nothing here is new I just spent a lot of time on this
also if you really want to go with the stress constraints, you can enable the stress requirements for trackwork and increase the stress per kg value
honestly I'm just too lazy to hook up an AWD system for it
bluetooth was more convenient
decorated miniship engine looks really cool
Also how do you lock the engine inside the car, just with block collisions ?
wdym ?

didn't they used the same locking method as you ?
fill the bay with wool then build off that, leveraging wheel collision for extra space
he used vmod I think
and the game doesn't seem to like that
in my experience vs2 is most reliable when simply colliding, no constraint no clipping
snug fit never break
I asked him just in case
since I would have intuitively thought that constraints would be more stable 💀
clockwork phys bearing is a constraint and we all know how that is
true
just use CV joint from clockwork additions
or vmod's rotation transfer pipe thingy
that would be cool for some future engine design
again I was lazy and enjoyed the manic SU consumption power tm got
oh right, the reference
Oh wow
everything about this body is awkward
from the front to the roof, even the back
especially the gradient
ty C:
now if only there's throttle control on keyboard+mouse that doesn't suck
id make a tandem drifting video
CC:Tweaked + optional tweaked controllers for analog steering too

I had made one some time ago just to show the principle
It just translate the trigger axis to the throttle
but you can code it to have a kind of fake gearbox
if you really want to go the extra step
yea all that coding was why I used creative motor lately for all of the cars
when tweaked controllers on fabric 🥺
maybe its configurable?
In progress
I Just Need To Get Back Working On The Mod
no idea
we need you back at it for real
lol
That's so fucking beautiful
W build
Your front hood monsters made me wanna build this
vroooooooooom
some of them were inspired by your builds lol
Make a c5 and my life is yours🥶 🗣️
RIP Ken Block 🕊️
How did you get the wheels to rotate?
Bruh what
The simple wheel block?
How
Look at Shalz video on making a car
Just a phys bearing?
Oh
whaz das
Okok
there is

these are multiship deco so the setup might be a bit unorthodox
get the pack from my old posts and paste the schem onto ships, offset so that the layout matches one another in place
i meant for this one https://discord.com/channels/244934352092397568/1274404588841078854

im guessing that you are using the huge diesel engine?
Ya
for the love of god just tell me what mod that is

Okay I'm up now
Look up /vs scale
That lets you scale ships however size you want
Just don't abuse it and be responsible
I don't put up schematics out for random idiot to steal it and call it theirs
Pretty sure vs scale doesnt exist in 1.20.1 version
At least not for the version I have
It was moved to /vmod scale or smth
Use 1.18 silly
I don wanna
Woah almost same as me, what timezone?
Damn you've got quite the collection
Yee
7
Might just post a full garage post just because
Maybe throw some old timey phys car in
I have those in schematics too I think
Def the Dakar
I asked timezone but aight, 7 for you then its not almost same as me :/
+7utc
ahh
lmao
But it's worth it
Ik ur indian dw
Me viet
i try not to overdo it
when i add a mod that gives me more powerful weapons i always look for a mod that makes surviving harder so that i dont tip the scales in my favor
too much*
Alr good luck
how does a bird have more cake than me
i'm jealous
been testing with vmod, helps a lot with physic lag
here's 3 hoonicorn ramming one another's engine off
Mhm
The body made of 2 ships doesnt collide with each other all the time now so its a lot less lag
So VMod contraints are not that bad afterall
Using them was trivial
No but like, in terms of stability
Wym by that
The world reloads fine and the car moves like 4x faster now
Vmod schem also work
Well, there was some concerns about using constraints instead of block collision
in particular because the clockwork constraints sometimes like to explode after a world reload
In that sense it is pretty stable
Plus the thing got a schematic so ion worry too much about nuking it
perfect then
Sorry for doing this, none of you deserved it but I'm fed up and tired of what's going on
