Basically I was going back home after work, I arrive at the bridge that leads to my home at around 6:20 pm and there is a huge ass police barrage
Nothing unusual, it's been 2 weeks like that and I have a pass because I literally live on the other side
Not this time was not the same, they refused to let me pass and instead only the people that paid for the Olympics could go
And after that I tried all of the places I could go, even by taking the subway but I could not pass
Basically what happened is that the police decided to install their command center just in my street but they accidentally forgot to tell the population that they will not be able to go home and also accidentally forgot that people would need to go back home after work
I only got home at 11:20 pm

The only document I got about this was a 3 weeks old paper that told me that I needed to register online for a special pass (the one I used to pass the police barrage before) and this same paper told me that I would be able to go home without any problems that day
