It would be nice if there could be buffering blocks that you could land on or by and disassemble your vehicle without worrying about assembling it to the what ever it was sitting on. Something nicer to look at then dirt so it can blend in with a base better

You didn't put any tags, so I'm unsure which addon this request applies to. I'm assuming you're talking about Clockwork, due to you mentioning vehicles, but the naming convention for this feature made me assume you're talking about Interactive. If anything, this feature could apply to the glazed terracotta blocks, since they cannot be affected by Slime Blocks, it makes sense for them to be unaffected by Super Glue, serving as a safety buffer for assembling. But that may need to be a feature for vanilla Create. But an actual buffer block would make sense for Trains, as a feature in Interactive, being used for preventing Train collisions.

I'm a bit confused myself. I thought this mod was only about flying ships. I guess to be more specific I have the ship helm in mind? Not sure if that clears things up

a buffer block would be neat for this because the helm kinda just assembles everything it's touching unless it's in the blacklist
