looks like he has some sort of gamerule/datapack/mod that makes lava infinitely regenerate like water

Deployer takes lava with empty bucket then mechanical arm picks it up and gives it to the blaze. then it repeats. if blaze is already burning mechanical arm just puts bucket back to the deployer.

And I set the gamerule for infinite lava source cus why not if water sources exist.

If you want a challenge, make it take lava from the nether and bring it back to the overworld via a nether portal
Since hose pulley consider fluid bodies like the lava ocean in the nether infinite, this would be a better and "more legit" way to do it

I have done it multiple ties already (in particular on servers, because it also gives a free chunkloader )

Lava in lava lakes are not infinite so you can't drain it forever like normal rivers

You didn't read my message, I said that Hose pulleys from Create consider large bodies of fluid infinite

But the "large enough" value is so big that only something like an ocean is considered infinite

Yes and no, that depend on what you use them for
But in this case yeah doing all of the setup just for a steam engine is probably not worth it

By "all of the setup" I mean the hose pulley in nether back to overworld one

i did diesel farm because i want to make some kind of plane in my survival as all of the engines are too big for plane.

not counting diesel ones

i could just download immersive aircraft but it's meh
