Trying to run a server from GPortal, and Valkyrien Skies is causing a "Too many physics frames" spam, but the main issue is that it won't load the spawn area and let anyone in the server. I can post the mod files and log if requested.

usually it will load. it just takes some time
and maybe you dont have enough RAM on ur server

Server is running 12GB of RAM, and I let it sit while playing Tanks for maybe 15min. Seemed like it should have taken a bit less time at least

And if there are no memory available
