Help appreciated: dedicated datapack for block friction properties for Create mod blocks

I just find it unbelievable that the friction values for Create mod blocks are left blank. I'm currently in the process of configuring the weights for other mods, so I'll certainly appreciate if someone else will beat me to the punch in completing that datapack.

and then they can just make a pull request onto the VS2 repo

it's mostly just that no one really cares about friction values
