Game world freezes when using mechanical saw on ship to cut trees outside of the ship

If I put a mechanical saw on my ship, power it and then ride the ship towards a tree to cut it. As soon as tree breaks the game world completely freezes. No interaction can be made with any block besides just walking.

Note: This bug occurs if only mods are clockwork and other relevant ones, I don't think this is caused by another mod even though I have a lot more other mods.

I think the relevant part of the log might be here:

I hope I got this thing right. I am tired of cutting trees manually and I don't want to make a tree farm just for logs. I want easy deforestation.

i tried with only clockworks and create, no optimization mods and it still freezes

i know nothing about code and stuff but would the crash be finding the orientation of the items to drop?
