You are seriously using aternos??? Just use falixnode, it allows you to place whatever mods you like.

So if premium servers (the paying users) are launching their servers like crazy, falix will prioritize their server instead, so your server can just refuse to start when there's high load.

It will just say something along the lines of: The host machine your server is hosted on is too loaded. Please wait a few minutes or try again

And it will just not start
