imo don't bother, nothing to really work towards and theres like 289 MB of overhead bloatware from the launcher, if you do for some reason enjoy the server heres how to get rid of that horrible launcher.
Go to: %appdata%\.helioslauncher\common\modstore
use the file explorer search bar and simply search jar
all mod files will be returned, drag and drop into a reasonable launcher (Prism, PolyMC, etc.. [highly recommend prism])
next drag and drop all files from %appdata%\.helioslauncher\instances\nations-1.19.2-1.19.2 into the .minecraft equivalent of your instance
Install latest forge 1.19.2 and that's it, then just take your 300 MB back
once in prism, you can use the export function as well to share it with ur friends if they also wanna join

it's not dangerous its based off of the open source helios launcher https://github.com/dscalzi/HeliosLauncher just an annoyance really
only real thing it got hit with was high entropy warnings but i mean it is a launcher and it probably has legitimate purposes for carrying compressed files so likely nothing to worry about given the context

its kinda ignorant tbh to try to block people from using other client side mods. if someone wants to exploit they will find out how to do it in 3 seconds, if someone wants to use legitimate client side mods then you are just making their lives that much more difficult

theres some effort put into it, more than the usual stuff u find on here but overall none of it ends up working out for me at least, its multiple layers of annoyance just to even launch the game
if you can without getting a 429 from whatever server its pulling game files from
clearly somethings programmed incorrectly there so badly that its spamming requests to that server and preventing downloads

launchers that read packs like that can dynamically download from curseforge or modrinth simotaneously too
