I want to "replace" physics rotation to create shaft rotation

The creator of the Tweaked Controllers mod made a simple mixin that disables the tally system, so at least that shouldn't be a problem

would be weird for clockwork to be dependent on tweaked controllers

i guess you could just list it as a “recommended mod”
