Reaction wheel rotates creation the wrong way/only rotates in one direction

What is the controller supposed to change? Just so I know a bit more about your contraption. Can you send me a Schematic perhaps to mess about with and a list of necessary mods to get the chopper working? (Create, VS2, and Clockwork are all I need I assume but just in case you use other things in it)

i'm not sending the schematic yet until i get it working.
also, what do you mean by "controller"?
the reaction wheel is just not rotating it correctly, that's all

When you press a button with your linked controller, you change rotational direction of that shaft. But what is that rotation change supposed to accomplish?
