What are the requierments for a balloner to work?

Is it only one balloner per ballon or are also more possible and how do you use the brass hand(Read something about this)

1 one ballooner per balloon (but you can divide a large one into several small ones)

put rotation underneath ballooner

put fuel into ballooner into it's side

I built one in an early version and it had 4 balloners and it worked. Did they change it?
