There have been updates for ballooners as of Clockwork Pre-Alpha Patch 1.3a

What are those updates?

What is the heating rate per RPM input?
What is the passive heat leakage rate?
What is the heat leakage when the balloon has a hole? How is the hole leakage calculated?

Ballooners are a lot more controllable now

They leak all the time instead of just when at 0 speed

Meaning you can actually go lower by just lowering your rpm

They also don’t drain so much as to drop out of the sky
