I hope I'm not late. I would like to suggest the Customizable Players Model mod. It brings an editor in-game that allows for complete customization of your character, from modeling to animating to adding custom emotes, the possibilities are endless. It's for all versions, and I think every good modpack should have it. I highly recommend you check it out.

I think they're working on the modpack. But, as a general rule. don't add optifine while using other mods. It almost always breaks something. I'd recommend an alternative like Rubidium and Oculus.
