it is a lot of fun, all ingredients are from base vanilla, and each have a certain amount of effect they give, like some give .5 speed and .5 instant damage, and you gotta get an effect above 1 to get it to work in an actual potion, it becomes a game of balancing and adding up different ingredients to get the effects you want with minimal bad ones

or making potions that give you speed 5 while also cause instant damage 3 and blindness
