Ah looks cool! The chittering is creepy. I died within a few seconds every time though. The gun graphics are sick.

Seemed to have trouble walking unless I was shooting.

Died like 5 times, then just started firing all guns always, and lived. Felt like a nice balance for a bit, just mowing down the bugs.

Rocket boost is cool, and the flames made it clear which way you were moving.

After turning on night vision, I never turned it off.

WASD without rocket boost generally accelerates the mech slowly in a direction instead of immediate max-velocity so it may feel like it is broken (I was attempting to have a Mechwarrior style accelerating mech, i was thinking when mech configuration is added to the game some players might remove boosters entirely for energy/weight savings and simply have sufficiently powerful enough walking)
The mechanic seems solid. Maybe just tweak the values or have a tooltip/whatever to explain expected behavior. The only real hurdle I had was my first instinct was to run instead of shoot. Could just be me.
