Squarespace will also provide billing and support services to Google Workspace customers that signed up for the service through Google Domains. Customers will continue to have the option to make changes to their domains account at any time.

thanks for the heads up, just checked and (it seems like) I can finally transfer from godaddy and namecheap to cloudflare

fyi, I took my sleep meds a bit ago and I should be in bed but I see this monstrosity and need to mention that my job has been going through several google aquistions and they have all been really subpar and the GCP support portal useless
they fix things that didn't exist while making features that don't work and no one wanted and throw you ona q4 feature for a ongoing issue many complain about
if I was any of you that used google domains I would transer those domains asap
porkbun is pretty good and they have good docs on how to do it
they can also forward emails to a gmail if you want or host a email system for you if you wana pay more money but the forwarding emails is free
but I need to say it.....

if you hear anything about this lmk, it will likely be a topic at work sadly -_-
like we use BigQuerry, looker, firebase, their entire container registrar and deployment tools..... we use Chronicle SIEM and SOAR, we use their IAM key config content anbd RBAC tools and run those with access to hosted VMs and VPS
to the point we keep needing to talk to reps to expand our capabilities after we hit limits -_-
and google has been running domains for all our shit till now as well
