Hi! My name is Kat. I was born in the U.S. but my mother is Nicaraguan and my father is Cuban. I grew up speaking a lot of Spanglish in Miami, FL (not where I live anymore). However, my mother spoke to me in Spanish and I spoke to her back in English. Therefore, my understanding of Spanish spoken to me is great, but I struggle with the ability to speak it. Holaaa soy Curro (14🇪🇸 ) Y estoy intentando repasar inglés y aprender francés. Mis abuelos se fueron a vivir a Londres y ahí nacieron mi tío y mi padre. Unos años después, volvieron a Sevilla, y luego a Málaga y ahí nací yo, pero mi tío decidió irse a Oxford, Inglaterra, y allí nacieron mis primos. Bueno, cuando yo tenía 7 años, estuve hasta los 9 en Inglaterra, concretamente en Oxford también, pero luego mis padres volvieron a Málaga otra vez, y ahí me he quedado. Cuando yo tenía 11, casi me mudé a Derby (Gales) donde en aquel momento vivía una parte de mi familia, pero sigo aquí, en el sur de España. I speak English, but i think i forgot some things in English Language, and nowadays i need to improve my english... Et apprendre le français!

Hey, my name is Nana! I'm a native Spanish speaker that was born and raised in Medellin, Colombia. I moved here to the US when I was about 7-8. I know a lot of Spanish and have a good Spanish accent, but since I only got the chance to learn the language up until I was 8, I still don't know many things (slang, scientific/formal terms, and words, etc) My family speaks full Spanish at home, but since my parents are old they don't really know all the slang terms and how to use them (no offense to them) I'm here to fully perfect my Spanish :)

👉 I'm Jason, from Spain, I'm 24 (I'm old 😆 ) and I've set a very interesting goal for 2022.

I wanna learn how to speak and write English almost like a native speaker. I think I can achieve it because I've been learning English for years but I wasn't consistent enoght to be fluent.

That's why I joined this server but I have a problem. I need to practice my speaking but I don't wanna join random voice chats because I prefer to speak 1 on 1, it's way more comfortable and it's not my cup of tea to end up in random situations (I'm sure you can relate 😺 )

And if you're learning Spanish and have the same problem I can teach you Spanish since I'm a native speaker, all you have to do is to DM me and say hi.

We can voice chat and I promise to make you comfortable, actually, I'll probably make you laugh a lot because I have a horrible pronunciation and I make tons of grammar mistakes, but I'm not ashamed haha.

Hello! I'm Jennifer- a native English speaker and novice Spanish learner. I wouldn't say I'm a complete beginner- I can carry a small conversation and understand what I hear and read contextually. I really love travelling, and Spanish helps me in at least half of my journeys. I would love someone to super casually chat with- as I'm an introvert that gets caught up in my interests.
