Hi. My name is MrLevaux and I'm from the US. I started learning Spanish on Duolingo and someone suggested I try having conversations to really speak the language.

I may not be active in this server much as I so have some Spanish speaking friends to go to but I figured any supplemental assistance would be advantageous.

Personally I think my level of Spanish is fairly low. For example it's like being able to sing a song with the radio but without it I forget the words.

Hi there! Whilst I wont say my real name in this server, I am an english speaker hoping to get better at speaking spanish. The experience I have with Spanish is really like 3 years on duolingo and having visited Puerto Rico on a school trip. I do not have great speaking skills with Spanish, mainly because of my american accent and innability to roll my R's, making me stick more with trying to perfect my grammar and typing/writing skills. However I truly hope to get over these setbacks and become much more proficient with my spanish. :)

Hi - I'm Treehuggr. Native English speaker but also know a little to a lot of Spanish, Esperanto, Latin, French & Gaelic. I am here to get better communicating in Spanish. I can read and write well in Spanish, but communicating back is sometimes difficult and I freeze up. I did immersion method where I watch the Argentina Disney shows religiously, listen to Spanish music, and read as much as I can in Spanish. I live in Fl which has a lot of different Spanish dialects. Hi, my name's Jasper. I'm Norwegian, and I've been wanting to learn Spanish for years now. I think it's one of the most beautiful languages in the world (even more beautiful than French), and I highly regret not attending Spanish classes in middle school. Spanish is also the second most spoken language iirc, so I think it would be useful to learn it. I'm a slow learner with ADHD, so my attention span is pretty off. But I'm hoping joining a Spanish-learning server can help me out.

Even though English isn't my first language, it is my second. So I think as someone who wants to learn Spanish, speaking to Spanish people who wants to learn English could benefit both parties. I don't really know where to start when it comes to learning a new language on my own. I was like 5 or 6 when I first started learning English, so my memory on how I started is faded haha :') But hopefully this server can be of help!
