You're ignoring conversions. Just because something uses the same symbol does not mean it's 1 to 1 . They are the same once you exchange them/convert them appropriately. Two seen and one part unseen, we’re expected to respond to each question in Spanish using connectives ect, these questions are unknown so we have to understand as soon as the say it otherwise we get deducted points for not being able to answer

Guys i have a question... I am going On erasmus as an architecture student and I have to choose between Malaga and Madrid to study in for 5 months. What would you recommend???

What type of environment are you looking for?

Madrid is a city, lots of stuff to do, lots of people, busy and vibrant. Life is not cheap, more international influence, different languages, the Spanish accent is more neutral. Hot summer and dry air. Easier to visit other places around Spain as you're spank in the middle of the country and there are aves to almost every corner of the country.
Malaga is in Andalucía, so you'll have to deal with the accent, which is harder to understand initially. Malaga has the coast, the summers are very hot and more humid. Andalucia has a more relaxed lifestyle, will be a bit cheaper to live and has very strong cultural influences. It's a city so there will be stuff to do but not compared to a big city. The towns around Malaga are pretty beautiful. People also tend to be more friendly/less distant

You can expect beautiful weather all year, maybe too beautiful over the summer (its gonna be super warm). The accent is harder to understand as Nil said so it might take you a bit to understand. Its a smaller city thsn Madrid so its easier to get from one place to another and the food is cheap (the apartments arent but im guessing its a similar situation in Madrid)

En Chile, las personas son descuidadas y las temperaturas son muy altas, y debido a ese tipo de personas, el país de muchos usuarios acá se está quemando.
El último mes han estado ocurriendo una serie de incendios forestales y urbanos, que han destruido casas de miles de familias, y desaparecido parcialmente o en su totalidad a comunas enteras (comuna: unidad más pequeña de la división geopolítica en Chile). Muchas vidas (humanas y animales), casas y terrenos han sido consumidos por las llamas de gente descuidada al tirar cigarrillos, brazas aún vivas, gasolina y otro tipo de comburentes a bosques nativos de mi país, lo que causa que la vida sea imposible a corto plazo para muchas comunas.
Con esta pseudocarta me gustaría invitarlos a poder buscar formas de contribuir a los damnificados (personas afectadas por el incendio) mediante organizaciones benéficas que buscan recursos (no solo monetarios: agua, comida, insumos básicos, concientización y disperción) para poder dar a ver lo que pasa en nuestra patria.
Chile culturalmente es un país de lo que nada sale, y hemos tenido que recomponernos a nuestra forma, sin mucha ayuda. Sé que un simple texto no cambiará al mundo, pero sí dar visibilidad para personas que quizá puedan, quieran ayudar.
Esta carta viene del amor a la humanidad y mi patria, y no estoy afiliado a ninguna organización, grupo, empresa u otros parecidos.

I always get sentence structures wrong aswell as just not knowing words which limits how much I can speak

this is really common! don't worry! to be honest with you lessons alone only build the base. If you don’t add input (listening/reading) and output (speaking, producing your own sentences), it’s very normal to feel stuck! classes are great for structure, but real progress comes from using the language daily, even imperfectly! I'd say start using the language NOW whenever you can (for example join our vcs here in the server) and try to use the language as much as you can! input is very important as well!
